Wunderman Full Stack Developer interview questions

It's was really bad experience. You have to wait for 3-4 hours for first round which is just Introduction round. Next there is a technical round. They letterly don't have skill matrics what and any agenda for the interview to evalaute the candiate skills. The technical person had already written few question related to JS, CSS on paper. I doubt that he doesn't know javascript. he asked me about bitwise operator. he showed me bitwise program on paper and asked for output. i admit that i was not answer correctly. but then he asked do you have any question for me. I asked can you tell me use of bitwise operators in javascript. He said, ok you can leave for the day. HR will let you know the feedback. How could they waste someone time. Alert!! It's lala company.
