I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. Recruiter was nice unfortunately cant say they same for the engineering team. Upon seeing my resume they wanted to see if I had another project that showed off my designing skills. They also asked me to call off of work so I can interview with them so I did. The day before the interview they cancelled because they wanted someone with more experience. So not only did I lose money that day, I was going to waste time making a project for them..... Good thing I didn't make the project.
