It's a full 6-7 person panel about 2 hours long with a presentation and Q&A to follow. This beats the 45 minutes per interviewer stretched out over 4 hours repeating yourself with every interviewer. The panel process is great because you get to see a full team dynamic; how the panel work as a team. The panel interview is not to qualify a candidate, it's more of a get to know each other meeting. Don't be nervous, this is a candidate's opportunity to interact with the team they will be working with.
