eVestment interview questions

The process was easy to schedule. The first interview was with the recruiter, who asked for general details about me. The second interview was scheduled about 2 weeks later and consisted of four 30-45 min sessions with different team heads--Client-facing only, client-facing-data-driven, and data-driven only as well as a lead to represent the entire company. I was more interested in both client-facing and data-driven role and data-driven only roles, but was intent on making a good impression on each interviewer regardless. Each interviewer was a woman, and this was even more satisfying, since this is the finance industry. No question stumped me, and they were impressed with my experience.

First contact with recruitment team from US and 2nd stage phone call with manager, both were very accommodating, polite and well managed. In person round of interviews in the head office in London with team flown from US including team leader and manager. Highly professional but also incredibly personable people. Final stage was with HR and Managing Director and had a wonderful informal conversation, comfortable and direct approach without wasting any time.
