There is always a reason for an objection. My job is to uncover the actual reason by asking open ended questions. These questions serve as double positives. I now know the objection, can combat it, and also use this knowledge (that they themselves revealed in early conversation(s)) in my close with the customer. Less

I let them know my reasons stemmed from having a new family and needing to be able to turn work off when I leave at 5pm every day. I also came from small companies (<600 employees) so taking a position at a company with 4000+ employees was going to a good career challenge for me. Less

I was asked how many payrolls I would process per day.

I explained that it varies based on whether it was a pay week for semi monthlies, monthly payrolls, etc. He told me that was not true. That it doesnt change. Less
