Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Processor to join our team at ES Solar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation for our employees. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission of delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records related to payroll and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare reports related to payroll metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data management.

Requirements

• Work history with payroll management/processing.
• Experience with Excel(formulas, input management, and data imports)
• Familiarity with payroll liability and tax law.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of Quickbase or ADP is a plus but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
