Happy Pride Month! This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Pride at ITW, an employee resource group focused on empowering LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies through building a sense of belonging and engagement while promoting shared respect and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues. In 2021, Pride at ITW hosted several events with Center on Halsted , a Chicago-based community center dedicated to the health and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ people in the region, and were also a signature sponsor of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago Run & Walk. The partnerships with these organizations are just a glimpse into the tangible impact Pride at ITW is making, not only across ITW, but also in the global LGBTQ+ community. This year, we’re excited for Pride at ITW’s first global conference.
