Our mission at Life.Church is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. It’s been our mission since we started in 1996, and it’s guided us every day since. In fact, leading people isn’t just an expectation, it’s a necessity. It’s a cornerstone of our culture. It’s why we’re always seeking leaders—like you—to bring their skills to Life. We believe a job is something you do, but a calling is who you are. God calls people from a wide range of backgrounds to work at Life.Church, but He has us all here for one reason: to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Achievement First is a growing network of non-profit, high-performing K to 12 public charter schools in Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island. We are committed to helping our students succeed at every grade level and earn a college degree. Our students regularly outperform their peers in neighborhood schools, and top the city and state average test scores. We are able to do what we do because of who we are. We are students and parents, teachers and leaders, operations professionals, community members and friends. In order to make long-lasting and transformative change, we believe in focusing on what we know works: serving all students, growing in our communities, sharing and learning from others and committing to innovation.

TNTP brings research, policy, and consulting together to reimagine America’s public education system. Working collaboratively, we dig into educators’ toughest challenges, and we provide actionable solutions grounded in evidence. This work takes place in schools and districts across the country, and our national position allows us to spot trends, collect and analyze data, and advocate for policy changes that introduce greater impact at scale. Today, we work side by side with educators, system leaders, and communities across 39 states and more than 6,000 districts nationwide to reach ambitious goals for student success.
