Pros
Working in the call center, there were good and challenging people to work with. The consistency of the work to get through the day and its predictability was helpful for knowing what to expect.
Cons
The conversations are largely scripted and recorded. This added undue pressure to get every person who called on the schedule, even if it was blatantly obvious they didn't need it.
