I have been working at ARS-Rescue Rooter full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This company cares about it's employees as well as it's customers! They also participate in helping many charities nationwide.

    Cons

Sometimes some of the other employees don't seem to care about the success of the company just about working their hours and going home.

    Advice to Management

I think what management is doing seems to be working pretty well!!

I worked at ARS-Rescue Rooter full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Performance pay was great. They gave us a fair rate makeing over 200 most days. They were very business first.

    Cons

The GPS on truck with the camera on the rear view is crazy. The uniforms also. If your working in an attic all day you should not be expected to wear a button down tucked into heavy pants. Truck inspections making shure your regulators are off tanks.

    Advice to Management

At the end of the day its construction. It takes a very certain type of man who can do 80 hours a week in that heat. @ 23 i made 54k tho and i did appreciate that.

    Pros

The Company is growing and doing well. My co-workers really work as a team...they are fun and supportive. The pay and benefits are good and I feel like there is a lot of room to grow my career here over time. Lots of locations across country so can keep job and move to new state down the road if I want to.

    Cons

Growth can be good and challenging....we are really busy so there is not really a quiet time. Training is good but would like to see more ongoing training.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in the company and employees. We all want to do well and have opportunity to advance with the company growth.

I have been working at ARS-Rescue Rooter full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

This is a place where you definitely get out what you put in. Yes, I work long hours and weekends but ARS is always flexible with me - never questioning if I need to leave the office for something or take a day here or there. They have always been upfront about the amount of work involved and the hours that will be needed. They also allow me a lot of flexibility in how I do my job - so long as I produce results, they are happy to let me make my own decisions. My boss is great and my coworkers are a joy to work with.

    Cons

We do have issues with being understaffed but I do not mind putting in extra work since the benefits far outweigh the costs.
