    I have been working at Days Inn full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Free wi-fi, air conditioning, heat, and you get paid.

    Cons

    I was hired as night shift, which means 8 hrs a night. Now I work from 10-48 hour shifts, days, nights, and a combination.

    no one knew what they were doing, needed someone with more experience to be in charge

    Get some management....there is no management there...things are going unseen, sketchy guests at time...

    The customers are the best , I felt the best part of my job was helping them out and allowing them to have a comfortable homely stay

    the management Is very unprofessional

    All managaers need re-training You can not be a manager and not know how to :
    A: Run your company
    B: Talk to your employees with respect
    C: Have knowledge of your systems and equipment
