    Pros

    Good benefits and salary.
    Possibility to jump to other projects.

    Cons

    Short projects.
    The customer not always receives you as part of the team.

    Good company to gain some experience
    Good for Jr positions
    They pay on time

    Cons

    Limited professional growth
    Very greedy they don't pay good salaries in comparison with other companies
    Too much rotation

    Advice to Management

    Take care and recognize the effort of your workers
    Don't wait until the employee gets another work offer to improve the salary

    A lot of freedom, big chances to influence projects, close work wih customers. Major source of learning

    Not many growth opportunities. NOT Trainning, Not Career's Path

    Pros

    I was able to save money for other (personal) projects. The business idea (outsourcing) was good when the company started.

    Cons

    Bad management, no business plan, etc...

    Advice to Management

    It seems like the management changed by now... Not sure.

    Small facilities: reduced dinning room, no parking lot
    Minimum benefits, low salary, no social security
    Laid off after 1 month that client's projects finished

    *difficult to raise labor position
    *hard to change office( location static)
    *like a consultant your profile is not that importat, if you can do it just do it
