    Majority of employees are younger generation

    Depending on your bosses, some can be super workaholic
    lack of work life balance
    Overload with work, need to standby even on weekends
    lack of guidance from supervisor
    Company may be cutting headcount

    Pros

    Digi has a great culture. It's non hierarchical, built on open engagement and empowerment at all levels. Office environment is great as well, feels like a campus. Leaders are highly approachable and easy to engage. The company keeps doing interesting stuff in terms of products, services, activities etc

    Cons

    High pressure environment. You are expected to work hard & deliver always. Very high standards of performance. Things are constantly changing

    Keep engaging at all levels. Its important to listen to the ground.

    Pros

    very good benefits, some nice company events, nice office building and free parking

    alot of cheap food around office
    office location is in residential area so not too congested
    your friends will pretend to care about your job because they will ask "eh got discount for phone ah?"

    Cons

    - Lack of respect (not for the faint-hearted)
    - Bad work life balance (you need to experience it yourself to believe it)
    - Poor management (now this is not avoidable. its almost a company culture)
    - Politics (need to read art of war to excel here)

    Advice to Management

    everyone knows you guys are stressed. well thanks for holding up the company. Now, start leading and stop chasing. Thats how you can embrace change and gain credibility
