I have been working at Digi full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits such as maternity leave up to 6 months, phone subsidy of RM1000 every 2 years, 20 days annual leave, one phone line fully paid by the company, additional benefits using flex points to claim for various things for the year until you fully utilise it, casual working environment, additional EPF of 3% by the company if you stay with them for 3 years.

    Cons

Depending on the department you are in, work culture can or cannot be flexible and politics too.

    Advice to Management

Need to reload into some products offered especially in the business sector to compete with other competitors

    Pros

The environment is spot on! Flexible, fast paced, proactive and they really care about their employees. 6 month maternity leave, phone bill coverage and quarterly bonuses and outings!

    Cons

Depends on which team you are in. Some managers you can clearly see politics. Increments are small and if you are a fresh, you won't have enough visibility from the top managements. Working hours could be long and sometimes take your weekends.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent. Don't politic too much.

I have been working at Digi full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible working hours. Flat hierarchy. Easy to do internal job transfer without much experience

    Cons

Bad increment. Lack of leadership among management team and no direction.

    Advice to Management

Set a positioning and roadmap and stick to it. Do not change so frequently as it will demotivate the staffs. When management do not have direction to be cascaded to downlines, please do not blame the staffs for not performing because everyone in the organization is confused on what is going on.

    Pros

Good working environment (workplace) and flexible working hours

    Cons

Management direction in constant flux and at times may be in contradiction to each other. This is brought on by major changes in the industry and the management is trying to adapt.

I worked at Digi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

When you join Digi, you bet the work is challenging. We were in a challenger position back in 2014 and we hustled everyday. Dealing with multiple vendors, agencies and stakeholders, it was imperative to ruthlessly prioritize and get straight to the point. Given the choice to choose again, I would choose Digi again.

    Cons

Location of the office is a tad far if you are not from Subang ..

    Advice to Management

I love the fact that the management is approachable, humble and seems nurturing to Digizens. Keep it up!
