Pros
Aflac gives decent time off, provides an adequate salary, seems to be fairly well-respected.
Cons
Growth goals are unrealistic. Or, if the goals are met, it's usually as the result of some other sacrifices that have been made. In the end, was it worth having met the published goals if so much time and effort have to be spent cleaning up the mess that was left in the wake of such pursuit?
