      Great, smart, motivated people. Team mentality when time permits.

      Cons

      Understaffed. German HQ does not understand medical devices or US market. Constant change for the sake of change. Political at the highest levels.

      A very good place to work

      I am not sure if they have a system to place their interns to full time positions. I am comparing this to the people I know that did intern in other companies and were able to secure full-time positions
