      - Respects Employee - Allows free speech - Internal Mobility - Many other perks

      Cons

      - A bit difficult to implement change and innovation - Some employees seem to get cemented to a position and labeled, and the good pay and comfort zone makes it all too easy just to keep the status quo.

      A very good place to work

      I am not sure if they have a system to place their interns to full time positions. I am comparing this to the people I know that did intern in other companies and were able to secure full-time positions
