Pros
Lots of room for self-determination- career advancement and mobility opportunities, plenty of interesting 'occupational hobbies' to choose from. Great people, very friendly and almost always have time to be sociable. Good benefits. Many 20+ year employees here, but also a lot of new hires recently Strong emphasis on safety & integrity, and still fun.
Cons
Opportunity for very long hours- it's a 24 hr/day, 7 day/week site. You will likely on-board yourself.
