      Diversity, Fair pay and some talented colleagues. Good products and strong brand.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical and political. Not a place to be yourself and speak honestly. There is a much higher focus on relationships than performance or skills. Work life balance is also difficult, many hours of sacrifice.
