Pros

15th month pay, flexible time, hybrid set up, unli dependents (with minimal co-pay), comfortable office at Mckinley, trainings were provided

Cons

Cost cutting. Transitions everywhere! Overloaded workload, there's a lot of unecessary meetings making it difficult to cope up with actual tasks. At first 3years, I enjoyed working at Bayer.. but transition came, CORE came and makes it harder to S2P department. Limited opportunity internally. They prefer hiring associates than opening up a higher positions for tenured colleagues. Tried to apply INTERNALLY, but got rejected immediately even not having interviewed first. 😅

Pros

A very good place to work

Cons

I am not sure if they have a system to place their interns to full time positions. I am comparing this to the people I know that did intern in other companies and were able to secure full-time positions
