Pros
Fancy sounding titles. If you want to call yourself a data scientist, come to NAD at Capital.
Cons
Department is staffed with friends of the boss who have no qualifications and can only carry on if they outsource their job to offshore resources. Data scientist don't know any actual data science, and worse don't care to learn. The few associates who have actual skills get taken advantage of and literally get worked until they pass out. Just last month, one associate passed out, dropped in the hall and had to be taken by an ambulance because they were being overworked.
