Pros

Only pro is the flexibility as AFR as schedule goes. As long as the shift is covered they don't care if you switch with someone or give shifts away, work extra shifts, etc.

Cons

100% commission with a hourly draw system that gets taken out of your commission check. Expect to see barely if any money at all for the first couple months since you have to pay back the draws and they pay commission almost 2 months after. No PTO, no OT, no sick time, vacation time, personal time etc. No benefits of any kind. Anything that goes missing out of the store gets charged to you and the reps working that shift. Bogus commission deductions that make no sense or nobody knows where they come from. Reps constantly complain about money missing. Weird commission structure that nobody understands or can explain. Constant driving to different locations, no gas money, no mileage. Disrespectful and unprofessional management. Only numbers count, not how you get them. As long as you hit the numbers they want you can get away with anything, and I mean anything. Including doing drugs during your shift.
