Cold Calling--feels like there is a lack of options with being productive; either take the flurry of incoming or do the churn of outreach to fulfill requirements set forth.
Not a lot of room to grow into new roles or duties when many staff members get established and the hierarchies get established.
Clinical roles are coveted by management to hire. It seems like the non-clinical staff stay around for support roles but when the clinicians depart it's a scrambling feeling to where the non-clinicians are asked to fill the void.
At times I wanted to do further my education further but due to the way their programming works, you'd need to stay with the company for a specified period of time afterwards.
