the priority is profit over customer satisfaction, give the customer whats profitable over what they need, also the company cannibalizes it's sales/retail sales force, regularly adjusting commission structure and creating a hostile air of competition for commision by overloading branches with bankers to pressure customers into additional services with the intensity of a New Car Salesman.
