Good culture, good staff, fun working environment. Good discount, products are getting better, brand is evaluated.
Cons
Manager expected to work a lot of over time hrs, don’t expect you can choose when to take your vacation , all depends on “business needs” , SM is too focused on making AOP so don’t expect them will care about your development. Lots of turn over.
