Business Outlook
Pros
One of the best compensation packages in retail. Great discount on everything they produce. Great looking stores to work in and ddepending on your store leaders, it's also a great environment to work in.
Cons
No work life balance due to a brutal work schedule. When hours are low due to a soft business, the store manager and associate manager take on the extra duties and hours to get things done and we are not compensated for it. It's considered time owed, except you never get approval for days off. A weekend off is 1 in 7. No vacation can exceed 7 days nor include more than 1 weekend.
