Full time sales over five years - Sales Associate Coach Employee Review

So far what I have seen is that this company or maybe it was just our store, hire, promote and developed employees in their 20's. There is some degree of age discrimination. Customers are very difficult to deal with, we would deal with a lot of customers who had shopping issues. If we didn't accommodate customers 100% to their favor we would get complained on. factory stores get VERY busy. You will work hard for your 10 bucks an hour!
