Pros
Well, it is a very nice place to work for a student. If you fill out your availability right, then it is a flexible job. However, they will work you for every day you say you are available. They will work you full time even if you are part time, so only put what you are willing to work. Great benefits, part time one gets great health insurance.
Cons
It is extremely hard to get a raise. Sometimes people will be hired being paid more than you. It is extremely hard to get a raise unless you are promoted into management. It is a nice job but more so for a collage graduate who intends to go into management. Not so good in terms of a raise if you are a student for another field besides business.
