Pros
Great discounts, friendly culture, they do a good job training their employees and it's a great place to learn about this field.
Cons
Constant need to keep up with behavior and appearance. The dress code is monochromatic, but it's not very clear. I think they should start giving employees a standard uniform to look more professional.
