Pros
The people are really nice, The company works with a wide range of technologies so you can easily get exposure to them all. If you're unhappy where you are, the managers are very easy to talk to and can help you get back on track through internal transfers, pay bumps, or new projects.
Cons
Lack of proper leadership. The Leidos acquisition has caused high attrition rates at my company. We have lost great leaders who had clear and concise vision. Due to difficult to understand pay mappings (from ESOP style salaries to Leidos public traded salaries), we have been unable to secure good talent to replace them. I often see people in all departments (leadership or not) working to fill multiple shoes
