Pros

Experian is a great place for software developers because it offers a modern tech environment, strong engineering culture, and opportunities to work on meaningful, data‑driven solutions. Developers can collaborate with talented teams, explore innovative technologies, and grow their skills through continuous learning. The company also promotes a healthy work‑life balance and encourages creativity, making it an ideal environment for building high‑quality software and advancing your career.

Cons

One downside of working at Experian is that it is mandatory to go to the office two days a week.

Pros

Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid. Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.

Cons

Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be. Very little opportunity for engineers and technical. Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
