Great exposure as a graduate Large client portfolio Great place to gain experience Easy to get in Good pay package negotiable after the second year
Cons
Poor pay first 2 year Poor support structure Bit of a ruthless corporate culture Not much say in where you end up Lots of clauses during first 2 year contract Terrible annual leave allowance basically treated like a contractor at a client site, whilst not being paid like one
