Pros
Great people to work with. They have a weath of knowledge and great people. Plenty of place to move in the company and to develop.
Cons
Once your hired don't ever expect more thasn a 5% raise. Even with transfering you will get a 5 % raise and the people they hire off the street will make 10k or more more than you a long term employee.
