      Competitive Compensation for industry Decent Benefits A lot of good colleagues

      Cons

      FIS is too "big brother". While there is a need for security, it's taken to the Nth degree to where employees feel like they are not trusted. Cold, very corporate culture. Employees at non-headquarters locations are treated differently than those at headquarters.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      No Team Bonding Not enough collaboration between team members Not enough team members in a team Too much budget costs and push a lot of the work to few employees.
