Pros

Excellent Work culture, Top class Infrastructure and Amenities at every campus, CLIFE Value system, Mysore training the golden period for freshers.

Cons

Swiping system of 9.15 hours, in training you can get any technology (random allocation), most people sit on bench for more than 6 months after finishing training, wearing ties for men on Monday and Tuesday and worst is that even on weekdays if you want to come to office after your working hours, you will have to wear the formals.

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies.
