Worst Experience in terms of growth - Systems Engineer Specialist Infosys Employee Review

1. After training, most of the employees are on bench, and depending on luck we can get good project or worst, they don't consider employee skills learnt during training they can map them to any technology stack, it's totally luck there is no systematic way for that. 2. No promotion, no good hike/appraisals. 3. At orientation, we got many false hopes/promises like you will always be on development project, and in 1 year you will be converted to power programmer everything is a myth, pp assessments are very tough like google/microsoft coding round, that half ses were not able to qualify. 4. No job satisfaction in terms of salary and growth. 5. Teams or projects can frequently change and suddenly we need to learn new technology, so no freedom to choose any technology stack. 6.even those who qualified for pp, role and compensation change will again take almost 3-4 quarters
