Pros
Things are great when there is plenty of work. Pay tends to be above to well above average for the area.
Cons
The hire and fire business model isn't sustainable in smaller market cities. I was recently terminated due to chronic low workload. Two week payout and no severance after multiple decades of loyal service to this company. I would not recommend this as a good place to work as there is ZERO job security when business is slow, even for skilled, experienced employees who perform at a high level.
