Pros
The business is diverse, interesting and complex. There are many smart people and most express appreciation for helping them out. The pace is comfortable.
Cons
Lack of internal investments to improve productivity and to ensure long term success of the company. Lack of internal communiations programs especially about the strategic direction of the company. Not sure if top management values stewardship.
