Pros

Work at home most of the time, excellent support from upper management. We were given the autonomy to solve problems for customers.

Cons

Stringent call center type rules as far as login times and breaks was not for me. Pay was not on same level as other work from home airlines.

Pros

Only the flight benefits are worth it, and that even barely with the amount of crap that goes on within this company

Cons

Severely underpaid, toxic senior managers, leadership rewards incompetence and laziness and ostracizes good employees, severe amount of pure stupidity and backstabbers/two-facers. Workload constantly increases with raises outpaced by inflation
