Pros
Great platform career advancement once you qualify. Good social scene within the company and a great way to progress from being a college graduate into a full time working professional.
Cons
Never valued as an employee, underpaid, overworked. I think that the big 4 have devised a very clever business model of getting the best and brightest college graduates, working them to the bone for 4 years and then they all run for the hills leaving them to keep only the ones who were complete slaves to the job and have no imagination or courage to change their circumstances.
