NBCU is a great company to work for. They're chalk-full of interesting projects and, during the ongoing "streaming wars," great opportunities to grow. If you like the Media industry it's a fascinating place to be, with amazing access to some of the most influential people in the biz
Cons
NBCU is old and it can be felt in the buildings and the processes. On the technology side, I've heard that virtually no one advances to a VP role unless they're brought in from the outside or they go through the "Media Tech Program." If you're looking to shoot up through the ranks you may have to leave and then come back
