      Micromanagement Low salaries They pretend to be people focused but this is not true, they don't care about employees Management is just bad, all the good people end up going away

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
