Pros
Sage's response to the Covid-19 pandemic has been excellent. They care about all employees and made it easy for staff to work from home and even offer a working from home allowance and flexible working hours for those struggling to juggle child care or carer responsibilities. Our management team have gone above and beyond to ensure our physical and mental well-being and that can't be easy with the many plates they are spinning.
Cons
It's a big ship to steer and we often see things move slower than we would have hoped but we are all allowed to voice our opinion on the direction we are going.
