To start off, it is a very friendly work environment that gives you lots of feedback. You have the option of working three different shifts which was lovely. You can get to sleep in late

Cons

Your perfomance is based on what customers say about you. If a customer is having a bad day and you solve their issue, you may still get a bad performance score.
