Pros
Great facilities, location, parking, salary, benefits. Some excellent staff who demonstrate loyalty and passion for what they do. Worked there for a long time, and for the most part, enjoyed it.
Cons
Communication poor. Quality of leadership team has deteriorated over the past 5 years, many of the better managers have left, The ones that are left either don't know what direction they're going in or they're not very good at communicating it to the staff. Total lack of direction. Also the most political company I've ever worked for, if you don't know how to play the game, forget it.
