- Lack of vision and strategy at the executive level down. - Boil the ocean approach to 'big bet' efforts every year - Short institutional memory (we make the same mistakes over and over again) - Not a tech driven company - poor decision making especially among the ranks of senior leadership. - In recent years, constant reorgs and attrition throughout the ranks. - Very political across product teams.
