Pros
I received a warm welcome, positive and clear communication, and have felt well taken care of even when there ended up being a negative experience involving the company with which I was contracted. The representatives were kind, supportive, and professional, and they went above and beyond to keep me informed, even after normal business hours, during a stressful situation. I have consistently felt that IntePros 'has my back.'
Cons
I haven't experienced any 'cons.' Odd (and sometimes unbelievable!) things can happen with contract work and I do not see the negative experience with the contracted organization as a bad reflection on IntePros.

- Great family feel environment to work - they pride themselves on making it feel like a home. I can speak on behalf of the Denver office for the last year and a half and the Philadelphia office for a year prior to that. - Strong leadership all around - Training is helpful and continuous to get ahead of competitors - Plenty of tools to use to help with the job - Respectful of all employees - Awesome President's Club Trip to Mexico - Quarterly awards to top performers - Plenty of room for growth - hard work will not go unnoticed - 1 day per week work from home policy - Great people
Cons
Not many cons, it's just a difficult market right now.

Uncapped commission gives you the potential to make a lot of money, if you put the work in. Leadership is constantly involved and motivating employees. Career progression is great, with multiple lanes to take advantage of. Chocolate covered almonds.
