Employee discounts are nice, but scheduling needs improvement

There are also some perks, like employee discounts at the company’s stores.

Cons

Sometimes the schedule isn’t well organized by the manager. For example, you might finish a shift from 3 PM to 11 PM and then suddenly be assigned another shift from 7 AM to 3 PM the next day without a clear or valid reason, not even considering the travel time. It basically leaves you with almost no time to rest or sleep. But this issue is more on the management side.
