      High level of individual autonomy (to an extent) and opportunities to learn quickly (sink or swim mentality)

      Cons

      The business can feel highly reactive, with inconsistent processes, shifting priorities, and limited alignment between teams. Communication and responsiveness from senior stakeholders can also be frustrating, particularly when urgent work is pushed onto teams while approvals or support needed to progress it are delayed or deprioritised. At times, there is an implicit sense that some functions and workloads are valued more highly than others.
