    Pros

    -Customers were fairly nice
    -Free yogurt
    -Lots of downtime during winter months

    Cons

    -Team members were often young kids who did not want to work
    -Lots of extra responsibility for Shift Leads but only a $1 extra pay per hour
    -Busy during summers, usually only 2-3 employees working at a time
    -Lots of cleaning and dishes
