      Cons

      Very low pay for all the work that is required, horrible management, only cares about numbers and nothing else that you do, favoritism, unprofessional and systemically biased.

      Blatant favoritism and politics will make sure you won't get anywhere!

      Only basic knowledge in math and computer skills are needed to qualify for the job.

      Cons

      Rules, policies, and systems were getting worse and more difficult for the employees. Work hours get longer, while the salary remains the same. Also, opportunities aren't for everyone. Blatant favoritism and politics will make sure you won't get anywhere!
