Pros
The company has amazing benefits Good paternal leave
Cons
You're never going to grow in career because they have zero internal development You're responsible for your own career progression and finding the places and teams that are doing the stuff you want to do. No one is going to take you by the hand and help you with that You do work bloody hard and very long hours so there is no work life balance You have to be self-motivated. No one will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmation from management, this company isn't for you.

Pros
Something positive about working for sendwave is the fact that they are a company that focuses solely on satisfying their customers. They are very organized and communicate very effectively.
Cons
Some cons include having a hard time finding a work life balance.

Pros
Great benefits (PTO, sick days, insurance) , work from home, friendly environment, room for growth, good management for the most part.
Cons
Training needs to be more thourough, if you're on the customer support level there are restrictions on when you can take your PTO, YOU CANNOT HAVE THE WINTER HOLIDAYS OFF, you're required to work all the holidays and cannot take vacation from thanksgiving all the way to new year's. THAT SUCKS. That's a huge negative for me. Our shifts were changed and we were given one-two days notice to change our plans and get used to the new schedules. This particular job is very boring but if you work well, make sure you are on time, participate and a good worker overall, you can look for other opportunities.

Market Launcher - this is a sales job
Jul 4, 2022 - Market Launcher in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
If you are leading a market that's going well, everyone loves you.
Cons
If a market is not going well, it's on you, and you may lose a lot of sleep over how to improve success in the market.

Great engineering culture
Jul 13, 2021 - Backend Engineer in Chicago, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The Sendwave Engineering team is one of the most diverse, rigorous, and respectful of any company I've worked for. The team has been fully remote from the start and has built out great practices for async collaboration that allow for a lot of flexibility while still maintaining high standards for execution. It's a pleasure to work with team members all around the world, to have the opportunity to work on a lot of different backend engineering domains, and to have the support to maintain good work-life balance on top of it all.
Cons
Sendwave is growing fast, and it can be tricky to adapt to the culture of constant change if you're used to low-growth companies. I also think there's a big culture difference between Engineering and the rest of the team -- a lot of the reviews on Glassdoor from non-Engineering team members almost feel to me like they're describing a different company.

Great Company
Jul 13, 2021 - Senior Customer Service RepresentativeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Sendwave really does care about their employees. It isn't something that is said in order for you to take the job and then find out other wise. The salary and benefits are above standards. Work/life balance is valued. This company is growing by leaps and bounds! If you are given the chance to work here the opportunities will be endless just by showing your worth.
Cons
24/7 company so you may have to work holidays and OT that may be late in the day.
